I didn’t realize that it had been soooo long since I had posted anything here. Well, I hope I can remedy that. I began my new assignment yesterday. I am now the administrator of Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Glenville, WV. This is a big step from being an associate pastor. I’m in charge… How scary is that? The Bishop has faith in me, my parents have faith in me, my sisters and friends do as well. Well I have faith too, and I think this is going to be absolutely something wonderful in my life.
Glenville is a small town, but I LOVE IT. In addition to being the administrator at the parish, I have also been named the chaplain to Glenville State College… GO PIONEERS!!!!, and also the chaplain to the Federal Corrections Institute in Gilmer. So, as you can see, I will not be without activities to keep me busy. I’m looking forward to all the wonderful challenges that lay ahead of me knowing that with God everything is possible and he will always lead me to where he needs me
More soon, very soon, I PROMISE
Good to see your post Fr. God has lead my family to and through many obstacles this past year. We are still trying to figure this all out and care for the sick in the family. God is good all the tiem. Hope to hear from you soon, good luck in ALL your new positions! God Bless!
